Yodel which is the new brand name for Home Delivery Network are to close up to 60 depots. This will take place in areas where they have more than one depot. They are also looking to cut the number of National Hubs from eight to just four, with Droitwich, Wednesbury, Shaw and Hatfield surviving.
This reduction of depots is due to their acquisition of DHL Domestic last year and the move to an integrated single operational platform.
